Piracy Policy

You can't pirate what's freely given... unless of course you're wearing an eye patch or something, then just looking at this [with your good eye] is piracy. Owning a parrot [or lobster], or having missing appendages also makes you a pirate. In the absence of parrot/lobster and eye patch, or presence of limbs, you can be temporarily qualified as a pirate by simply saying "ARRGH" once or twice. That is all.
